Navy Initial Test Pattern
The Pakistan Navy initial test consists of the following sections:
Academic Test
- English: Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension (20-25 MCQs)
- Mathematics: Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, Trigonometry (20-25 MCQs)
- Physics: Mechanics, Electricity, Waves, Optics (15-20 MCQs)
- General Knowledge: Pakistan history, geography, current affairs (15-20 MCQs)
Intelligence Test
- Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning questions
- Pattern completion and series
- Mathematical reasoning
Physical Test
- 1.6 km running in specified time
- Push-ups, sit-ups
- Height and weight requirements
FMT (Forced Medical Test) Requirements
After clearing the initial test, candidates undergo a detailed medical examination:
- Vision: 6/6 without glasses (for most branches)
- Hearing: Normal bilateral hearing
- Dental: Minimum 14 teeth without major issues
- Blood Pressure and BMI must be within range
